v3.9.0
  • Assignment column counts all submitted time — Hours used are every hour you have logged on that task, not a short recent window. The number stays the same when you change weeks or months.
  • One month at a time — The Allocation tab shows the selected calendar month, labeled “Month of July 2026”. The arrows move to the previous or next month. The Total column is that month: the sum of its weeks.

  • BigTime reconnects after a restart — If Remember me is on, signing in with Google is enough. The saved browser login connects BigTime again. The password stays encrypted in this browser. The checkbox now starts checked so a login is saved unless you turn it off.

  • Assignment column — The Allocation tab shows each project's whole Foresight assignment (e.g. 300h) with the hours logged since it started, a progress bar, the role, and the assignment dates on hover. The bar turns amber at 85% and red once the assignment is used up.
  • Projects over / near limit — The summary card now names the projects that are over this week or close to using their assignment. Click it to show only those projects.

  • Allocation tab uses your own login — Assigned hours are read from your Foresight calendar through your BigTime login (the same way BigTime's Resourcing → My Calendar link opens it). No admin API key is needed anymore.

  • Allocation tab reads Foresight — Assigned hours now come from BigTime Foresight (the same assignments as the Foresight calendar) once the Foresight API app is configured on the server.

  • Allocation tab — New tab next to Timesheet showing, per project and per week, the hours you logged against the hours you were assigned (BigTime / Foresight allocations). Weeks over or under the assignment are highlighted, with totals for the current week at the top.

  • Keywords per task — Project filters can now target a specific Task Category / Task, so the same project can have different keywords for each. Clicking a project on the Timesheet edits keywords for that row's task. Existing whole-project filters keep working.
  • Remember BigTime login — Optional “Remember me on this browser” on Admin. Your login is encrypted and kept only in your browser; the app reconnects BigTime automatically when the session expires. Logout or “Forget saved password” removes it.

  • Sync queue CSV — Download CSV / Upload CSV on the Timesheet sync queue to export or replace potential entries for the week (BigTime sync still uses the existing Sync actions).

  • Calendar durations — Meeting lengths from Google Calendar are rounded up to the next quarter hour for sync (e.g. 25 min → 0.5 h, 50 min → 1.0 h).
  • Help menu — Question mark () in the top bar before logout opens a menu with the app version, link to this page, and documentation.
